Dear Colleagues,

It is my utmost pleasure and honor to extend a warm welcome to all participants of EUROMAR 2024, the distinguished conference on magnetic resonance in Europe. As the Chair of this event, I am thrilled to invite you to join us in the captivating city of Bilbao, where science, innovation, and culture converge.

EUROMAR has long been recognized as a premier platform for advancing magnetic resonance research, facilitating collaboration among leading scientists, researchers, and industry professionals. Bilbao, renowned for its rich history, gastronomy and stunning architecture, provides the perfect backdrop for EUROMAR 2024. This vibrant city offers a unique blend of tradition and modernity, captivating visitors with its iconic landmarks, thriving arts scene, and gastronomic delights. Participants will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in Bilbao’s cultural tapestry, creating memorable experiences that extend beyond the conference itself.

I would also like to take a moment to acknowledge the unprecedented circumstances we faced in 2020, which prevented us from organizing the EUROMAR conference as originally planned. The global COVID-19 pandemic posed immense challenges and required us to prioritize the health and safety of our participants above all else. However, it is with renewed determination and enthusiasm that we now come together in 2024 to make EUROMAR an even more impactful and memorable event!

On behalf of the organizing team, I cordially invite you to be a part of this conference, where scientific excellence merges with collaboration, innovation, and camaraderie. Let us converge in Bilbao to shape the future of magnetic resonance, forge lasting connections, and leave an indelible mark on the scientific landscape.

Warm regards,

Oscar Millet
Chair of Organizing and Scientific Committees of 20th EUROMAR
